Lucien Laviscount is about to hit the small screen again, this time in Snatch, Crackle’s upcoming series about a group of hustlers. As our pictures show, the star has one hell of a hot body, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have to work hard to stay in shape. In the video below he outlines his exercise routine to GQ Magazine.

Lucien hits the weights at least four times a week when he can, but he still works out even when he can’t get to a gym. A key part of his exercise program is the push-up, a simple exercise that can be done anywhere, and Lucien demonstrates three variations in the video. He also makes sure he gets those sit-ups in, though his favorite exercise is the bicep curl, which he does as three 7-rep segments that ultimately target the entire bicep.

For the first seven reps, go from the bottom of the movement up to the halfway point. For the second seven reps, go from the halfway point up to the top of the bicep curl. For the last seven reps, start at the bottom of the movement and complete a full range of movement all the way up.
